This is a way to fix the hana chip and/or if it is already fixed help it stay fixed.
Step 1: Get a spare gpu heatsink or use the one on the 360.
Step 2: Cut it to about the size of the hana chip; it is fine if it is a little bigger or smaller.
Step 3: Add on double sided tape around the new heatsink's edges and add a dab of thermal paste in the center.
Step 4: Put it on the hana chip
This works because when you add on the fan cover, the dvd drive and the screws it pushes down on the new heatsink that pushes down on the hana chip. Also it provides more cooling on the chip.
